V4331 Alternative TRUCK TURBO LEAK TESTER

Used to pressurize vehicle systems for leak detection. Pressure loss, indicated by sound or gauge movement, helps identify system leaks and verify proper sealing after repair.

Suitable for most passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, and applicable industrial or agricultural machinery.

Always follow the vehicle manufacturer’s pressure specifications.

Operation

1. Connect all components securely.

2. Apply pressure and monitor the gauge.

3. If no leak is detected, increase pressure up to max. 1 bar (15 psi) or the manufacturer’s specified limit and retest.

4. A falling gauge or audible sound indicates a leak. Repair and retest.

5. If the gauge remains stable for 1 minute, the system is operating correctly.

6. Close the ball valve (lever at 90° to hose) and release pressure using the pressure control valve.

7. Disconnect the quick coupler, clean all parts, and return to the storage case.
