When ever a leakage occurs between the cylinder head and the sleeve or service is being performed to the cylinder head, the sleeves and their seals should be replaced. ST-216 is used to remove the sleeve. It uses the top deck of the block as support while pulling the sleeve from below.
If you wish to do this job in-vehicle you'll need ST-S923 instead.
