This tool is used with W541589023300 to install the front crank seal on Detroit Diesel DD13 & DD15 engines.

 

When installing the new wax-coated front seal, do not use any lubrication. There is a new installation ring W541589003400, to be used in conjunction with installer/remover tool W5415890023300
