Detroit Diesel 60 Series J-35597-A 5874 Cylinder Liner Installer OEM DD60 Tool Alternative
This alternative to J-35597-A and 5874 was manufactured to install cylinder liners on Detroit Diesel 60 Series engines. After inserting liner into the block, simply attach the installer tool using three cylinder head bolts. As the drive screw is tightened the installer plate presses the cylinder liner firmly into the engine block until it's properly seated.
