EN-46105 is a set of metal plates that are positioned over the ends of the camshaft to prevent rotation during timing chain service. The plates are oversized to prevent the valve covers from being installed should the tools be accidentally left on the engine. EN-46105 is for 2006 and older. Use ST-118 for 2007 and newer.
